Method

  1. 01In a large bowl, combine rice vinegar, sesame oil, olive oil, tamari, honey, garlic, ginger, red pepper flakes, and salt. Stir until honey dissolves.
  2. 02Add cabbage, carrots, green onion, and cilantro. Toss well to coat.
