- banana frozen
- 2 large
- peanut butter
- 4 tbsp
- chia seeds
- 2 tsp
- cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp
- unsweetened almond milk
- 2 1/2 cup
Method
- 01Add almond milk to blender, then chia seeds, cinnamon, peanut butter, and frozen banana.
- 02Blend until smooth, about 30 seconds.
- 03Pour into a glass and serve.
