Ingredients

frozen broccoli
2 cup
frozen peas
2 cup
frozen spinach
2 oz
zucchini chopped

cashews
2/3 cup
vegetable broth
6 cups
nutritional yeast
4 tbsp
garlic powder
1 tsp
salt
to taste
black pepper
to taste

Method

  1. 01Add frozen broccoli, frozen peas, frozen spinach, zucchini, cashews, and vegetable broth to a saucepan. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer on medium-low for 10 minutes until vegetables are soft.10 min
  2. 02Remove from heat and let cool for a couple of minutes.
  3. 03Transfer to a blender, add nutritional yeast and garlic powder, and blend until smooth.
  4. 04Taste and adjust salt and pepper as needed.
