Ingredients
- acai unsweetened, frozen
- 24 packets
- banana frozen, in chunks
- 12
- frozen mixed berries
- 6 cup
- peanut butter
- 12 tbsp
- non-dairy milk unsweetened
- 3 cup
Method
- 01Let acai packets sit at room temperature for a couple minutes to loosen packaging. Remove and break into pieces.
- 02Add acai, banana chunks, berries, and peanut butter to blender. Start on low speed, increasing gradually as ingredients combine. Use tamper to push frozen fruit around.
- 03Add milk 1 tablespoon at a time as needed to reach desired consistency. Blend until smooth.
- 04Scoop into a bowl and top with granola, banana slices, fresh fruit, or nut butter as desired.
