Ingredients

acai unsweetened, frozen
24 packets
banana frozen, in chunks

frozen mixed berries
6 cup
peanut butter
12 tbsp
non-dairy milk unsweetened

Method

  1. 01Let acai packets sit at room temperature for a couple minutes to loosen packaging. Remove and break into pieces.
  2. 02Add acai, banana chunks, berries, and peanut butter to blender. Start on low speed, increasing gradually as ingredients combine. Use tamper to push frozen fruit around.
  3. 03Add milk 1 tablespoon at a time as needed to reach desired consistency. Blend until smooth.
  4. 04Scoop into a bowl and top with granola, banana slices, fresh fruit, or nut butter as desired.
