Za'atar Chickpea and Tuna Salad

Ingredients
- chickpeas rinsed
- 1 (15 oz) can
- tuna oil-packed
- 1 (5 oz) can
- English cucumber quartered lengthwise and thinly sliced
- 1 large
- Kalamata olives pitted and coarsely chopped
- 1/2 cup
- olive brine
- 1 tbsp
- red onion quartered and thinly sliced
- 1 medium
- fresh dill chopped
- 2 tbsp
- za'atar ground
- 2 tsp
- olive oil
- 1 tbsp
- lemon juiced
- 1 small
- crushed red pepper
- 1/2 tsp
- salt fine sea
- to taste
- black pepper
- to taste
Method
- 01In a large bowl, combine chickpeas, tuna, cucumber, olives, olive brine, red onion, dill, za'atar, olive oil, and lemon juice. Toss lightly and season with salt and pepper.
- 02Serve immediately on its own or with crackers, wraps, or grilled bread.
