Greek Salad
Ingredients
- tomatoes cut into chunks
- 2 1/4 lb
- cucumber halved lengthwise, sliced into half-moons

- red onion thinly sliced
- 1
- Kalamata olives pitted
- 1 1/2 cup
- feta cheese cut into ½-inch cubes
- 12 oz
- extra-virgin olive oil
- 3/8 cup
- red wine vinegar
- 3 tbsp
- dried oregano
- 1 1/2 tsp
- salt
- to taste
- black pepper
- to taste
Method
- 01Combine tomatoes, cucumber, onion, olives, and feta in a large bowl.
- 02Whisk olive oil, vinegar, and oregano together.
- 03Pour dressing over salad and toss gently.
- 04Season with salt and pepper.
