Method
- 01Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9x5 loaf pan.
- 02Whisk flour, baking soda, salt in a bowl.
- 03Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- 04Stir in mashed bananas and vanilla.
- 05Fold dry ingredients into wet ingredients until just combined.
- 06Pour into prepared pan.
