  1. 01Whisk orange juice, orange zest, 1 tbsp ginger, 2 cloves garlic, maple syrup, sesame oil, tamari, red pepper flakes, and cornstarch.
  2. 02Lightly salt shrimp. Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Add shrimp with 1 tsp ginger and 1/2 tsp garlic. Cook 30 seconds per side, remove and set aside.
  3. 03Add broccoli to pan with more oil if needed, stir fry 5 minutes. Add red onion and sauté 3 minutes. Add sauce and stir 1 minute until bubbling. Add shrimp and stir 1 minute until done.
  4. 04Remove from heat and serve.
