Ingredients

Method
- 01Pulse apple chips in a food processor until flour-like. Reserve 2 tbsp of the apple powder.
- 02Mix almond butter, flaxseed, protein powder, maple syrup, cinnamon, and salt in a large bowl. Add water until dough forms into balls when rolled.
- 03Roll dough into bite-sized balls, about 18 total. Roll lightly in reserved apple powder to coat.
- 04Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator up to 1 week, or freezer up to 3 months.
