  1. 01Preheat oven to 325°F. Grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan.
  2. 02Whisk oil and honey together in a large bowl. Add eggs and beat well, then whisk in mashed bananas and milk.
  3. 03Add baking soda, vanilla, salt, and cinnamon. Whisk to blend.
  4. 04Switch to a spoon and stir in flour just until combined. Some lumps are fine.
  5. 05Pour batter into loaf pan and sprinkle lightly with cinnamon. Optionally run a knife tip across the batter in a zig-zag pattern.
