Ingredients
- bell pepperseeded, sliced into 2-inch pieces
- 2 medium
- jalapeño pepperseeded
- 1/2 medium
- limejuiced
- 2 lime
- garlicpeeled
- 1 clove
- vodka
- 6 oz
- agave nectar
- 2 tsp
- hot sauce
- 2 dash
- black pepperfreshly ground
- to taste
- kosher salt
- to taste
- limewedge for rimming
- 1 wedge
- ice
- as needed
Method
- 01Rim two martini glasses with black pepper and salt. Sprinkle pepper and salt on a small plate, run lime wedge around glass rims, dip edges in mixture.
- 02In a cocktail shaker, muddle bell pepper, jalapeño, lime juice and garlic until peppers have no crunch.
- 03Add vodka, agave, hot sauce, black pepper and salt to shaker. Fill with ice, cap, shake vigorously.
- 04Strain into prepared glasses and serve immediately.
