jalapeño pepperseeded
1/2 medium
limejuiced
2 lime
garlicpeeled
1 clove
vodka
6 oz
agave nectar
2 tsp
hot sauce
2 dash
black pepperfreshly ground
to taste
kosher salt
to taste
limewedge for rimming

ice
as needed
  1. 01Rim two martini glasses with black pepper and salt. Sprinkle pepper and salt on a small plate, run lime wedge around glass rims, dip edges in mixture.
  2. 02In a cocktail shaker, muddle bell pepper, jalapeño, lime juice and garlic until peppers have no crunch.
  3. 03Add vodka, agave, hot sauce, black pepper and salt to shaker. Fill with ice, cap, shake vigorously.
  4. 04Strain into prepared glasses and serve immediately.
