  2. 02Wrap tofu in paper towels or a clean kitchen towel, place on a plate, set a heavy object on top, and press for 20 to 30 minutes to remove excess moisture.
  3. 03Tear or cut tofu into bite-size pieces.
  4. 04Place tofu on a baking sheet, drizzle with avocado oil and soy sauce, sprinkle with cornstarch, toss gently to coat, and spread into a single layer.

  6. 06Whisk together water, soy sauce, rice vinegar, brown sugar, cornstarch, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes in a small bowl.
  7. 07Pour sauce into a large skillet and cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until thickened, about 2 to 3 minutes.
  8. 08Add crispy tofu to the skillet and toss to coat in the sauce.
  9. 09Serve over rice or noodles with broccoli. Top with green onions and sesame seeds.
