Method
- 01Mix ground chicken, 1/4 cup bread crumbs, Greek yogurt, grated onion, Italian seasoning, Urfa Biber, salt, pepper, and 1 tbsp olive oil in a bowl until combined.
- 02Spread remaining 1/4 cup bread crumbs on a plate. Divide chicken mixture into 4 portions, roll in bread crumbs, and flatten to 3/4-inch thick patties.
- 03Heat 2 tsp olive oil in a large cast iron skillet over medium heat until shimmering. Arrange patties without touching and cook 4 to 5 minutes until browned.5 min
- 04Flip patties and cook 3 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
- 05Spread garlic aioli on buns. Top with patties, lettuce, tomato, and red onion. Serve immediately.
