Method
- 01Preheat oven to 325°F.
- 02Cream butter and sugar. Blend in bananas, eggs, and vanilla.
- 03Sift flour, baking soda, and salt. Add to banana mixture alternating with buttermilk, mixing after each addition.
- 04Fold in walnuts. Pour batter into a greased and floured 9x5x3 loaf pan.
