Method
- 01Preheat oven to 350°F.
- 02Blanch green beans in salted boiling water until just tender, 5 min. Drain and set aside.5 min
- 03Melt butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- 04Sauté mushrooms, onion, and garlic until softened, 5 min.5 min
- 05Stir in cream of mushroom soup and milk until combined.
- 06Add green beans and season with salt and pepper.
- 07Transfer to a 9x13 baking dish and top with 1½ cups fried onions.
- 08Bake until bubbly, 20 min.20 min
