  4. 04Drizzle with oil and toss gently to coat.
  5. 05Sprinkle garlic powder and salt over tofu and stir to distribute.
  6. 06Sprinkle arrowroot starch over tofu and stir until powder is no longer visible.
  7. 07Spread tofu on prepared sheet in a single layer, ensuring cubes do not touch.
