  1. 01Toss the cabbage with a pinch of salt. Add onion, cilantro, jalapeño, lime juice, and olive oil. Mix and adjust. Chill.
  2. 02Combine chili powder, cumin, coriander, garlic powder, chipotle, and paprika. Coat the fish all over.
