extra virgin olive oil

balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp
maple syrup
1/2 tbsp
vanilla extract
0.17 tsp
poppy seeds
2/3 tsp
garlicminced

to taste
  1. 01Whisk olive oil, balsamic, maple, vanilla, garlic, salt, and pepper. Stir in poppy seeds.
  2. 02Soak the onion in cold water 5 minutes to soften its bite, then drain.
  3. 03Combine spinach, strawberries, basil, onion, and half the pecans. Dress lightly and toss.
  4. 04Fold in most of the goat cheese. Top with the rest of the goat cheese and pecans.
