  1. 01Add bell peppers, onion, and zucchini to a large bowl. Drizzle with avocado oil, sprinkle Old Bay and garlic powder, toss until coated.
  2. 02Slice chicken sausage into thin rounds and add to the bowl. Toss gently until combined.
  3. 03Preheat air fryer to 390°F. Add sausage and vegetables to basket in an even layer, working in batches if needed. Cook 9 to 11 minutes, shaking halfway through, until vegetables are tender and lightly browned and sausage is heated through.11 min
