Ingredients
- unsalted butterroom temperature

- bananasmashed, very ripe

- sour cream
- 3/8 cup

Method
- 01Preheat oven to 350°F.
- 02Butter a 9x5x3 inch loaf pan.
- 03With an electric mixer, cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- 04Add eggs, beating well.
- 05Sift flour, baking soda, and salt together and combine with butter mixture.
- 06Blend well.
- 07Add bananas, sour cream, and vanilla.
- 08Stir well.
- 09Stir in nuts and pour batter into pan.
- 10Sprinkle with chocolate chips.
