Ingredients
- cauliflowercut into small florets
- 1 1/2 medium head
- half and half cream
- 3/8 cup
- kosher salt
- 3/8 tsp
- black pepperfresh cracked
- to taste
- nutmeg
- 1/8 pinch
- light Havarti cheeseshredded
- 3 oz
- bread crumbs
- 1 1/2 tbsp
- baking spray
- as needed
Method
- 01Preheat oven to 350°F.
- 02Place cauliflower florets in a 9 x 9 baking dish.
- 03Whisk half and half, salt, pepper, and nutmeg. Pour over cauliflower.
