  1. 01Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and set a plate lined with paper towel aside.
  2. 02Cut bread into 3/4-inch cubes. Toss with olive oil, salt, garlic powder, and black pepper. Spread evenly on baking sheet.
  3. 03Bake, tossing every 5 minutes, for 10 to 12 minutes until golden brown but still chewy in center. Transfer to lined plate to cool.12 min
  4. 04Whisk mayonnaise, garlic, lemon juice, Dijon, Worcestershire sauce, and salt. Stir in Parmesan, then water. Season with black pepper to taste.
  5. 05Place romaine in a large bowl. Drizzle dressing over lettuce and toss gently. Top with croutons and remaining Parmesan. Serve immediately.
