Method
- 01Preheat oven to 350°F.
- 02Trim asparagus by cutting off the bottom third. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet, drizzle with 1 tsp olive oil, season with salt, and roast 20 min until tender.20 min

- 04Whisk together remaining olive oil, lemon juice, maple syrup, dijon mustard, and salt for the dressing.
