- frozen peas
- 2 cup
- frozen spinach

- zucchinichopped

- vegetable broth
- 6 cups
- nutritional yeast
- 4 tbsp
- garlic powder
- 1 tsp
- salt

Method
- 01Add frozen broccoli, frozen peas, frozen spinach, zucchini, cashews, and vegetable broth to a saucepan. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer on medium-low for 10 minutes until vegetables are soft.10 min
- 02Remove from heat and let cool for a couple of minutes.
- 03Transfer to a blender, add nutritional yeast and garlic powder, and blend until smooth.
- 04Taste and adjust salt and pepper as needed.
